Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with your order confirmation or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at support@voltaralamp.com. If accepted, we'll send instructions on where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damages and issues: Inspect your order on delivery and email support@voltaralamp.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items: Used or installed lamps cannot be returned for safety reasons. Items marked final sale or clearance are not eligible.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, email support@voltaralamp.com.
