Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email support@voltaralamp.com.

Lost or delayed packages: If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, email support@voltaralamp.com and we'll help track it down or arrange a resolution.
